Dr. Elizabeth Drew graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed her family practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. In 2005 she opened her family medicine office in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and in 2008 she treated her first patient for opiate addiction. Since then, Dr. Drew has served as a board-certified addiction medicine specialist, treated more than a thousand patients for addiction to opiates and alcohol, and worked tirelessly to help educate the community about addiction. She has also traveled to Washington DC to educate lawmakers about current treatments for addiction and served as medical director of some Pennsylvania’s premier treatment programs. She knows that addiction is a chronic disease, and she believes in treating patients with respect and compassion.
