Jade Hoffman is a dedicated and compassionate substance abuse counselor with four years of experience in the field of addiction treatment. She has worked across multiple levels of care, including detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation, and partial hospitalization programs, providing individualized support to clients at every stage of their recovery journey.
Jade holds an associate’s degree from Northampton Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in social work to further expand her knowledge and impact in the field. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing co-occurring mental health disorders, offering integrated and holistic care to address the complexities of dual diagnoses.
Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, Jade tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She firmly believes that connection is the opposite of addiction—a guiding principle in her work. By fostering authentic, supportive relationships, she helps clients rediscover their sense of purpose and belonging, empowering them to heal and thrive in recovery.
Outside of her professional life, Jade enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and getting lost in a good book. Her empathetic nature and unwavering dedication make her a trusted advocate for those seeking a path to lasting recovery.
