Sara Rockey is an experienced Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Sara graduated from Lycoming College with a degree in Psychology and received her master’s degree in Sport/Exercise Psychology from Lock Haven University. Sara has experience in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Sara is passionate about individualized care, making sure her clients feel comfortable and heard. She has experience working with several populations including veterans and first responders. Sara utilizes CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches to help her client get the care they need.

In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs. She loves to be outdoors and volunteer with youth sports teams.
